Initial release

This release will allow you to migrate any User View, Chart or Dashboard to a System equivalent; with the exception of User Dashboards that contain User objects.

A future release will convert embedded User objects in User Dashboards so that the latter can be successfully migrated.

The source code for the 3 dependent Silverlight Helper Projects has now been uploaded.
